About Tiger Blue
Tiger Blue is a 34-metre expedition phinisi, robustly constructed in 2008 for extended voyages of discovery. Her design embraces the traditional Indonesian sailing vessel aesthetic, reinterpreted for contemporary exploration, offering a distinctive presence on the water.
Onboard, the emphasis is on an immersive, natural experience. Accommodation for ten guests is distributed across five cabins, some with ensuite facilities, all designed with natural ventilation. Communal living is fostered through open-air dining areas, both sheltered and al fresco, where full-board meals prepared with fresh local ingredients are served. Expansive deck spaces provide ample room for relaxation, observation, and activities, inviting guests to connect with the surrounding environment.
With a crew of ten, including guides, guests benefit from a low guest-to-crew ratio, ensuring attentive service and comprehensive support for exploration. The yacht is equipped with snorkelling gear and tender boats for accessing remote shores and underwater sites, facilitating a connection with the Indonesian archipelago's diverse landscapes and marine life.
