Guest capacity and cabin count
Length does not automatically mean more guests. Adastra is 42.5 metres but carries only nine guests in three cabins, built for a smaller group with more space each, while Aqua Blu at 60 metres sleeps 30. If your group needs 18 or more berths, check cabin count directly rather than assuming a longer hull means more room: Kailana Premier at 40 metres and 19 guests fits more people into a shorter boat than several yachts ten metres longer.

Raja Ampat's anchorages sit much further apart than Komodo's, so the fleet's largest and longest-range boats tend to get more use out of their size there than in Komodo, where distances are short enough that a mid-size phinisi covers the same ground just as comfortably.
